Roger is the Co-Founder of TalentTelligent, LLC. Following his role as an operational executive in the financial services sector, he has been a Founder and/or Partner at four additional learning organizations and consultancies.
Through training programs that focus on leader and executive team development, succession planning, talent retention, and more, Roger has given extensive expertise to leaders in government, business, and education for decades. He is the author of a number of resources and best-selling books supporting the development and use of personality type and emotional intelligence in talent development initiatives.
Roger holds an EdD, Organizational Development and Leadership from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
You know Bob as the co-founder and CEO of Lominger International. He has authored over 50 books, articles, software products, and other intellectual property around the topic of talent management and succession planning.
Prior to Lominger, he led employment, affirmative action, training, management and executive development at Pillsbury. At PepsiCo (NY) he oversaw international executive development and later led executive development across the entire organization. Armed with everything he’s amassed over fifty years of experience, he’s doing his best work with the KSA Suite as a Co-Founder of TalentTelligent.

Lisa-Marie is a facilitator, certifications business lead, 360 coach, and instructional designer. Her experience includes over 30 years in the talent space, including roles as a product leader and more inside organizations within the financial and fashion retail industries.
An expert in adult learning, she brings our learning strategy and client education experience to market with a memorable, best-in-class approach via many modalities. As a serious card sort facilitator, she knows this approach can really make a difference for the people within an organization.
Lisa-Marie has a master’s degree in Human Resource Development and Adult Learning from The University of Minnesota.

Garrick is a passionate HR practitioner who brings an internal HR leader’s point of view to our team. His work has centered on the belief that culture drives results and has garnered the attention of the Wall Street Journal and Harvard University.
With experience that includes financial services, healthcare, higher education, and consumer goods, he has played influential roles to drive results while viewing human capital through the lens of its broad impact on employee well being.
Garrick has a master’s degree in Counseling from Wake Forest University.
