The TalentTelligent 360 Coaching and Feedback certification combines our world-class leveled libraries, a state-of-the-art survey platform, easy-to-read feedback reports, and development dashboards to provide clear insights for development at all levels.
Grounded in robust competency modeling science, we’ve moved away from the “one-size-fits-all” model to adaptable, business-friendly language that meets the unique needs of Leaders, Managers/Supervisors and Individual Contributors. Our 360 certification prepares you to use the Roles and Practices known to drive performance at-all-levels so your coaching aligns to the unique needs of each learner.
Over 45 days, you will complete a self-paced learning modality supported by three face to face virtual instructor led training hours to accelerate your self-sufficiency.
Further, you will leave equipped with best practices for implementing and facilitating 360 feedback for both development and performance improvement.

The course primarily uses a self-paced eLearning format, complemented by live virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions completed within 45 days. Both components are helpful for course completion.
During the VILT sessions, participants will engage in facilitated activities and discussions to apply what they have learned. This offers the opportunity for participants to ask questions and gain insights from their facilitator and peers.
Any VILT sessions will be recorded for quality assurance and future training resources. Please note that recordings will not be distributed to course participants, and registration signifies your consent to be recorded.
What support is provided during and after this certification?
Once registered, you are not on your own! This eLearning course combines self-paced learning with scheduled facilitated contact points to provide you with helpful support. You will independently complete the course, allowing flexibility in your learning and schedule. At key stages, facilitated sessions provide access to instructors who guide you through real-life examples and answer questions, enhancing your understanding and application of the material. This approach ensures you have the autonomy to learn while benefiting from expert insights and interactive learning experiences.
