We solve pressing talent issues.  We know how to develop an individual contributor for the best contribution possible, what essential practices managers need to lead others, and the differentiators for performance at the top executive levels. Additionally, we know what it takes to be a true high potential at any of those levels.

We provide foundational and user-friendly language for discussing development issues and overall effectiveness.  The KSA language is line-friendly, and one the entire organization can use to describe a unified approach across the organization and within all Talent Management systems.

We focus on practices which allows the user of our material the ability to go back to the behaviors that are observable and practical to drive performance.

We have complimentary work and tools that can be applied to the knowledge, skills and attributes of individual contributors (KSAI), supervisor and managers (KSAM) and leaders (KSAL).  We have a proven, enhanced approach to spotting high potentials within an organization; we call it KSAP – The Knowledge, Skills and Attributes of High Potentials.

We put evidence-based and experienced-tested tools into the hands of talent leaders and practitioners to develop both the individual and the organizations they work for.  Our DIY: Develop It Yourself guidebooks are a sought-after reference for coaching written specifically for those developing a strong talent pipeline.

We have included the latest brain insights from recent neuroscience to help develop individuals. We have incorporated an impressive use of neuroscience to build better coaching and development approaches. Knowing what’s going on inside an individual helps us build better initiatives on the outside. Our development intellectual property within our  DIY: Develop It Yourself guides include insights from neuroscience to intentionally address what’s going on in the brain that can help or impede development efforts. This brain insight content can hone in on better results, because we’ve tapped into how a person really works – at work.
