The KSA Hello! Starter Kit will allow you to begin your journey of using the new and scientifically derived talent tools. We hope you will make use of the significantly reduced kit cost to engage an individual in a coaching relationship or to simply test drive the materials.

    Each Interview Guide has been crafted based upon the unique behaviors that drive effectiveness at all 3 levels. With interview questions, probes, scorecards and detailed exploration of each Role and Practice, you will advance your approach to interviewing.
  • 9 Diagnostic placemats (Sides A/B, C/D, and E/F) for application and interpretation
    Placemats allow the user to have rapid access to an overview of the library in an easy to access format. From a review of developmental difficulty, to Role/Practice maps, and including career assignmentology, you will be armed with expansive information to take with you as you recruit top talent.
