- If approved, you will be provided a link that allows one-time access to purchase your High Potential (KSAP) starter kit. This starter kit will place the IP in your hands quickly and provide you qualified administrator access to the TalentTelligent system. This is a $1,595 certification for $400 (plus tax and shipping).
