Bridge Certification Process
- Complete the form below with as much detail as possible and our team will review your application within 24-48 hours and reply back to you. If you have trouble remembering specifics, use the text area to describe your prior training.
- If approved, you will be asked to view a Virtual TalentTelligent Tour that provides you a “shot in the arm” understanding of our suite and leverages your prior knowledge.
- Lastly, you will purchase at least 1 KSA starter kit at the Individual Contributor, Manager/Supervisor, or Leader level. This starter kit allows you to get the IP in your hands quickly and has been discounted to $450! When it is all said and done, you have received a certification valued at $3,000.
The KSA Starter Kit includes 1 of each of the following:
- Physical Sorting cards
- Virtual Card Sorting Platform Access with 1 sorting credit
- DIY (Develop It Yourself) Development Guide
- Diagnostic placemats (Sides A/B, C/D, and E/F) for application and interpretation
- Tally sheet and tabulation poster -in a reproducible pdf format
- KSA 360 Survey credit – You can use the 360 for yourself or with another person to see how it works, or begin using it with a client!
- Digital DIY Credit – This credit will allow you to create a customized digital DIY (at any level) and create a unique learning portal experience driven by AI: Authentic Intelligence.
- Career Blueprint Credit – This credit will allow you to launch a sort that informs the creation of the Career Blueprint dashboard. Included is Your Career Architect, driven by AI: Authentic Intelligence.
