Facilitator

LM Hanson

Lisa-Marie (LM) Hanson has over 30 years of talent management experience. She has honed her expertise across various roles, including Chief Learning Officer, Workshop Facilitator, Train-the-Trainer Master Faculty, Instructional Designer, and more. At TalentTelligent, she serves as the Chief Learning Officer, crafting learning systems and certifications for practitioners, drawing from her background in talent management and leadership development. Prior to this, she led global product certifications at Korn Ferry and held key roles in talent management at The Hartford and Saks Fifth Avenue.

LM has led major certification businesses and conducted sessions for thousands of HR/OD practitioners on high-potential identification and assessment tools. She played a crucial practitioner role in organizational succession planning by identifying and developing high-potential leaders through bench-strength leadership programs. Additionally, LM serves as vice-chair of the Board at TEDxMinneapolis, highlighting her dedication to community engagement and volunteering.

Lisa-Marie holds a Master of Education in Human Resource Development and Adult Learning, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She is also certified in Human Resource Management and holds test user verification from the British Psychological Society.
