Thank you for submitting your TalentTelligent Bridge Certification application to our team. We will review your application in 24-48 hours and respond accordingly.

Upon approval, you will be asked to complete two final steps before obtaining your KSA certification and access to our Qualified Administrator site. Details of this request will be provided via email.

1. Watch our Virtual TalentTelligent Tour that will provide a “shot in the arm” understanding of our suite and leverages your prior knowledge.
2. Purchase at least 1 KSA starter kit at the Individual Contributor, Manager/Supervisor, or Leader level.

When completed, you have received a $3000 certification for $350 and will gain Qualified Administrator access!

The KSA Starter Kit includes 1 of each of the following: Physical Sorting cards Virtual Card Sorting Platform Access with 1 sorting credit DIY (Develop It Yourself) Development Guide Diagnostic placemats (Sides A/B, C/D, and E/F) for application and interpretation Tally sheet and tabulation poster -in a reproducible pdf format KSA 360 Survey credit – You can use the 360 for yourself or with another person to see how it works, or begin using it with a client! 1 Digital DIY Credit – Build a customized development guide (at any level) and extend a unique learning portal experience to a learner.
